Come hear about SCE&G’s substation proposal and the grant opportunity offered by EPA’s “Greening America’s Capitals” program. If Columbia is selected, EPA will provide state-of-the-art assistance in guiding sustainable development principles for the Edisto Court/Owens area, which includes long term residents, commercial and industrial entities.
